Free software activities in winter 2017

Oh dear, time is passing quickly.

Unfortunately with the university workload growing and some personal issues, I had very little time to invest in the Debian project these last months. My paid & unpaid contributions to the project have been both affected, especially in February and March where I almost had to completely pause my free software involvement.

Anyway, I'll have a bit more time for the Debian Project starting by now, and I finally processed the gigantic e-mail backlog. I am planning to at least try to upload the latest upstream versions of my packages, and, if time allows it, to package python-statistics and do some RC Bugs squashing and sponsoring in the coming month.

By the way, if you sent me an e-mail and did not get any reply yet, please re-send it, it might have been lost on the way. :)

I'm especially thankful to Marcio de Souza Oliveira who has taken care of spambayes' RC bugs in the meanwhile so it doesn't get removed for Stretch.

Finally, I am particularly sad to say that I am not going to be able to attend the JdLL 2017 in Lyon this year. Stuck in Karlsruhe... Let's hope to attend next year!
